Mecklenburg County is hosting several events where residents can learn more about our environment and help protect it.  

 Several Mecklenburg County departments were recognized with N.C. Department of Labor Safety Awards for their efforts in promoting a safe, healthy workplace.  

Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation will mark the reopening of Mallard Creek Recreation Center by hosting a community celebration on May 3.
